Sweet - Aszú - 2017


Sweet Tokaj-wine speciality, made of handpicked berries, covered by noble fungus Botrytis Cinerea. The raisins-like berries where soaked in high quality wine, then gentle pressed. The must was fermented in oak barrels and after fermentation, the new wine was rested for maturation in oak barrels for 3 years. Winemakers and connoisseurs can speak for hours about scents and flavours,- we use to say, this is Mother Nature's wonder for Tokaj, sunshine in a bottle.

Acidity: 8,5 g/l

Extract content without sugar: 62 g/l

Recomended consumption: 10-12 °C
